As a member of the Army National Guard, you and your family are eligible for many military health benefits. Your eligibility for particular federal medical benefits may vary. They may include the following entitlements:

Commissary Privileges
Utah National Guard members and their families are entitled to use the commissary (grocery store). You and your family may shop at military commissaries for up to 24 days annually, plus any days spent on active duty. The Commissary Privilege Card is your pass to great savings.

Post Exchange Privileges
As a member of the Army National Guard, you and your family may enjoy unlimited access shopping at any Military Exchange (department store) nationwide. In addition to shopping at the Exchange, Guard members and their families are eligible to shop by Exchange Catalog.

Space-A-Travel/Military Lodging
As a member of the Army National Guard, you are eligible to travel free on a military aircraft when space is available. You can fly within and between the Continental United States, Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, and Puerto Rico. You can also stay at any military installation worldwide for very low rates.
